Questions
About the modules
Can we start with a few modules and add more later?
Yes. Modules can be enabled and disabled, so an implementation can begin with finance and inventory and extend into production, maintenance, projects or HR as the business is ready. Because everything sits on one data model, adding a module later does not require re-implementation.
Is business intelligence a separate licence?
No. Business intelligence, dynamic dashboards and the report generator are built into the platform, with user-specific graphical data and drill-down across every module.
Does every module support approvals?
Yes. A user-defined approval system runs across modules, so purchase orders, leave, overtime, payroll runs, settlements and loans all follow configurable multi-level chains with delegation-of-authority thresholds.
