ERP software for Saudi Arabia

Saudi compliance inside the transaction, not after it.

Tech Integra ERP brings finance, inventory, sales, projects, maintenance, HR and payroll onto one platform — with ZATCA e-invoicing, Saudi VAT, WPS and workforce localisation built into the operating workflow.

The operating model

One source of truth from invoice to filing

Compliance becomes fragile when the ERP records one version of a transaction and a separate utility reconstructs another for submission. Differences appear in tax treatment, customer data, credit notes, invoice status and period totals — usually when finance is already closing the month.

Tech Integra ERP applies the Saudi rules when the transaction is created. The invoice, accounting entry, inventory movement, customer balance and e-invoicing status remain connected to the same document. If something is rejected or corrected, the history stays visible rather than disappearing into a separate portal or spreadsheet.

The result is not merely a compliant invoice. It is a traceable transaction from commercial approval through accounting, tax and collection.

ZATCA and VAT

Saudi tax requirements built into the ledger

The compliance layer uses the same customer, item, tax and accounting records as the rest of the business.

Phase 1

Compliant generation

Electronic tax invoices, simplified invoices, credit notes and debit notes generated with required fields and QR treatment.

Phase 2

FATOORA integration

Structured invoice generation, solution-unit onboarding support, API clearance or reporting workflows, response capture and submission status.

VAT

15% VAT accounting

Transaction-level tax treatment, input and output VAT, zero-rated and exempt handling, adjustments and period reporting.

Control

Exception management

Rejected or pending documents remain visible with the response and retry history, rather than being lost outside the ERP.

Documents

Arabic and English

Right-to-left interfaces and bilingual transaction documents, including customer-facing invoices where configured.

Audit

Transaction drill-down

Move from VAT totals to the originating invoice, approval, ledger posting and stock movement without rebuilding the trail.

Saudi HR and payroll

Payroll control beyond the payslip

Attendance, payroll, employee records and statutory monitoring operate together rather than as four disconnected processes.

01

Wage Protection System

Prepare wage data from approved payroll, validate employee banking details, review exceptions and retain the submission history for the period.

02

Saudization and Nitaqat

Track nationality, occupation, branch and workforce mix with configurable dashboards. Monitor the operational data needed for localisation review while official classification remains with the Saudi authority platforms.

03

Employee lifecycle

Contracts, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll, loans, end-of-service, documents and expiry alerts remain connected to one employee record.

Saudi presence

Delivery support in the Eastern Province

Saudi engagements are supported through our Dammam-area presence in partnership with Infinite Creativity for IT Solutions. Product development and engineering remain with the Tech Integra team in Hyderabad, while local coordination supports discovery, implementation and client communication in the Kingdom.

This gives Saudi clients access to the team responsible for the platform while retaining a local operating contact for the engagement.

Questions

What Saudi businesses ask us

Does Tech Integra ERP support ZATCA e-invoicing?

Yes. The platform supports Phase 1 generation and Phase 2 integration workflows, including structured invoice formats, QR codes, clearance or reporting, response capture and status tracking. The exact onboarding scope is confirmed during implementation against your taxpayer requirements and notified phase.

Does the system handle 15% Saudi VAT?

Yes. VAT is applied when the transaction is created, with input and output tax, tax invoices, credit and debit notes, exemptions where applicable, reporting and drill-down to the source document.

Can payroll produce the data required for WPS?

Yes. Wage information is prepared from the approved payroll, with employee banking details, exception review and period history. Submission remains subject to the current process and validation of the relevant Saudi platform or bank.

Can it monitor Saudization and Nitaqat information?

Yes. The ERP can report workforce mix by nationality, occupation, branch and status and provide configurable alerts. Official Nitaqat classification and compliance status remain governed by Qiwa and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Is the platform bilingual?

Yes. English and Arabic interfaces are supported, including right-to-left layout and bilingual documents where included in the implementation scope.
