Tech Integra ERP is now delivered in Oman by our own registered company, Tech Integrated Solutions and Services LLC — giving clients a direct contract, direct support and local invoicing in Omani Rials.
What has changed
From reselling partner to our own entity
Until now, Tech Integra ERP was supplied in Oman through a reselling partner. That arrangement served its purpose and brought the platform to a number of Omani businesses, several of whom are still with us today.
We have now established our own company in the Sultanate. Tech Integrated Solutions and Services LLC is registered under Commercial Registration number 1675868 and is part of the same group as Bronto Tech Integra Private Limited in Hyderabad, which continues to handle product development and implementation delivery.
For clients, the practical effect is straightforward. You contract directly with us. You are invoiced locally, in Omani Rials. Support, escalation and commercial discussion all sit with one company rather than passing through an intermediary.
The software itself is unchanged — same platform, same version, same roadmap.
Why it matters
What clients get from the change
A direct contract
Your agreement is with the company that builds and supports the software, so there is no gap between what was promised and who can deliver it.
Local invoicing
Invoices are raised in Omani Rials by an Omani registered company, which simplifies your accounting, procurement and payment process.
Direct accountability
One point of escalation. When something needs a decision, the person who can make it is on the call.
For existing clients
Continuity is the point
If you are an existing client in Oman, nothing about your system, your data or your day-to-day support changes.
You will receive a written notice confirming the new contracting entity and the updated payment details before any invoice is raised under the new arrangement. Existing commercial terms are honoured. Any change to a contract is agreed with you in writing, never applied unilaterally.

Has anything changed for existing clients in Oman?
